Flashka: Flashka OÜ, registry code 16813828, an AI-powered study platform provider.
Platform: The Flashka Platform, an AI-enabled service for creating flashcards, quizzes, and other study tools.
Flashka offers an environment for users to enhance their studying through AI-generated flashcards and quizzes. Users must provide accurate information upon registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Certain features of the Flashka Platform may require payment. Users will be charged based on the pricing and billing terms provided on the Platform.
Users can terminate their accounts at any time. If the account is associated with paid services, termination will follow the billing terms as outlined on the Platform.
Flashka grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform. All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content belong to Flashka.
Flashka offers the Platform 'as is' and is not liable for any interruptions or errors. Liability is limited to direct damages caused by Flashka's breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
Flashka reserves the right to modify these Terms. The use of the Platform and all legal relations formed under these Terms shall be governed by the law of Estonia.
